Meet our founder, Liam!

With over 15 years of recruitment experience, Liam possesses a keen expertise in identifying the ideal candidates for any role. Hailing from the UK, he made the leap to sunny Sydney in 2013, fully embracing the Australian lifestyle ever since.


Liam began his career in banking and financial services, but in 2008, he unearthed his true passion in recruitment. Focusing on white-collar and executive searches within the construction and engineering sectors, he quickly became the go-to recruiter for exceptional talent.


However, Liam wasn't one to rest on past successes. In 2019, he pivoted to the dynamic realm of technology, honing his skills in sourcing, engaging, and securing proven technology professionals to meet both his clients’ immediate and long-term requirements.


When he’s not busy connecting candidates with their ideal positions, Liam is often found passionately supporting his favourite team, Nottingham Forest. As the resident Brit in the office, he relishes the opportunity for a friendly debate on football (or soccer, as it’s known here).
